Squealing Pigs is the debut EP from Lawson & The Racket and the first release from a full-length album currently in the works. Recorded largely as a live band, the four tracks blend alternative roots, folk and indie influences with textured guitars, brass and a strong emphasis on feel, dynamics and the natural interplay between the musicians. The EP captures the character of the band playing together in the room, while offering a first glimpse of the wider record to come.
Recorded live and raw in Ragged Sound Studio, Co. Carlow.
